"...What does that mean?" I asked honestly confused.

Xenakis:

"You'll see. Lets just say that everyone at these parties aren't quite normal."

Amary:
"we can play under the lights later. Let's go get the drinks and munchies out. Oh and will you go put extra towels out on the deck? I don't want people to drip water onto the carpet after taking an unceremonious dip in the pool."

Anna:~
I blinked a few times at her in surprise. "Oh. OK!"

Lauren:

I excused myself from Raina and Bec and headed home to change. When I got home, I saw mom making herself a sandwich. "Lau. How was school?" she asked absentmindedly.

"Not bad...I didn't get expelled yet."

She gave me a look, then smiled a little, "I am proud of you."

I nodded slowly and ran upstairs to change.

I quickly put on the dress and went to the vanity to make my hair. I decided to add a little glitter to a few locks of my hair and was about to take a sip of water from a glass I had next to me when I accidentally made it fall down and crash.

Way to go, clumsy! I reprimanded myself as bent down to pick the pieces. When I looked into the biggest shard, however, I saw an eye. In the beginning, I thought it was my reflection...But on further examining it, I noticed it wasn't mine...It was deeper. But just as it appeared, it disappeared again.

I ran my fingers through my hair, Am I going crazy? 

"thanks." I walked into her equally as big walk in closet and tried on a few red shoes and finally decided on some ankle black boots that suited the outfit better. As I had already had my smoky eye makeup and nude lips and cheeks done, I walked back to Anna.
"do you think I should put my hair up or keep it down?"

"good call." I said nodding as I held it up in my hands for better examination. I proceeded to put it in a clean ponytail high atop my head, weaving tiny little stud beads into some loose strands framing it so that it shimmied when I moved my head.

Xenakis:

I sighed and headed home as well. "Home so soon?" My father asked. He was twig thin with graying hair. He had his reading glasses on so I guessed he was reading the paper.
"I have a party tonight."
"Another one? Amary's I guess?"
"Who elses?"
"There's something I don't like about that girl."
"I don't care."
He sighed. "I know you don't."
"Is this conversation done?" I asked.
"I guess so."
I turned around and went to my room. It was black and covered with archangel type of items. Again...why not Hades? I proceeded to get ready for the party. I put the silver dress on, my sparkling silver earrings and heels to match. I kept my hair down and wild. It was always best that way. My eyes were nothing but glitter by time my make-up was over with.

I knock on Amary's door. Hopefully she'll let me stay in her house because, one, I don't have a house and two, I am not going sround town in this sparkly-as-heck outfit.

Xena:

I came downstairs. "Dad?"
"Yes, Honey?"
"Can I borrow the car?"
He gave me a look. "Will it end up in a field in the middle of nowhere again?"
I smiled sheepishly. "I thought I saw Mom."
"I know, Honey."
"It won't happen again. Promise."
He tossed me the keys. "Be careful."
"I will. I promise." I replied before heading out and getting in the sweet Cadillac my Dad had. I drove to Amary's to find Bec and Lauran waiting. "Afraid to open a door?"

Xena:

"Woman is at Anna's I bet."
