Darky, question. Is this true about Amokinesis?

Someone who is trained, or is naturally powerful, might be able to disrupt bodily functions. Since all emotion comes from the heart, and the heart pumps blood to all the organs in the body, they might be able to manipulate emotional energy to flow through the body to maybe snap a vocal cord, or crack a rib, and cause someone to go blind or deaf. But they will not be able to "heal" anyone since this higher form of manipulation acts on impules and is from its own class of kinesis
