I took a deep breath again. "I know. You two are supposed to be fighters, warriors. But the situation is dire. You need to stay hidden. It was just an example, I'm not saying that that is what you should do, but it should be of consideration. Instead of taking a job that requires much attention on you, like a bodyguard of a famous person, take a job that is equivalent in strength but doesn't require as much attention, like taking out wild animals that are destroying a certain area."

I raised an eyebrow, "Since when you're a strategist."
Xavier chuckled and noted, "And not a bad one at that. I like your brain, little Iree."

I turned red. It had been a while since I hadn't said anything without saying umm after every word. "Umm...thanks." I said quietly nodding my head.

"We should umm...do so soon or else the people that are umm trying to see what we're doing will get umm suspicious, thinking we're planning an attack rather than umm settling down."

Xavier jumped off the couch, put his hands in his pockets and said, "Well...Shall we go, then? I'm itching to do something...anything." I shrugged, stood up making sure I straightened my clothes to look absolutely perfect and looked at Iree, "Lead the way, Iree. You know the city better than either of us."

"What? M-m-me? In front? Umm okay but umm I know the city just as well as umm you do. I'm new here as well." I said walking out of the building and onto the sidewalks.

Xavier looked down at her and said dead serious, "You WILL lead the way.' And just as fast as he gave the order, he went back to smiling and saying, "Allow me to get the jackets."
He went off to get us the jackets he had taken from us on our way in and I whispered to Iree, "Can you imagine they wanted me to marry him?!"

I got scared and nodded my head quickly. Then I heard Verene. I shook my head slowly in reply. "He didn't look like that kind of person though. Let's just go..."

"He is that kind of person." I said calmly before seeing him back with the coats. He offered to hold mine to help me wear it, but I pulled it from him refusing his help. As I put the coat on, I saw him offer the same thing to Iree not seeming the least bit offended at my behaviour.

I saw what Verene did and as much as I wanted to do the same, I couldn't bring myself to. I slid my arms through my coat and buttoned it down. "Thank you." I said quietly.

I heard Xavier mutter something like, "You're most welcome" and rolled my eyes. After opening the door, I walked outside not waiting for them.

I quickly followed Verene out the door. We walked on and I could see the guild in the distance.

Carmine:
I swung my feet at the edge of the canal, a few meters away the loud people in the guild. It was quiet outside. I still felt weird about the new mark on my collarbone, it didn't feel like anything and it was so easy to forget that it was there.

Kayla: "Hi, everyone!" I greet the little group who have recently taken care of me.
"Where have you all been ? I was just here with Carmine. I wanted to play some games with him, but he said no, and I wanted to take a job from the bulletin board on the top floor, but he also said no. He said it was too dangerous. Iree, can you convince Carmine to let me do a mission ? Pretty please ?" I said. I really wanted to use my water powers.

Xavier looked down on the little loud girl, ”is,she really on our team?...Really?!” I, then, looked at said Carmine and nodded as a silent agreement.

"Umm...I umm..." Looked away. This was getting to be too much for me and my head started feeling dizzy. I put my hand on the wall to balance myself. "Ummm I-I-I think you should do the umm easier ones on there." I told her.

I peered at the board on the top floor. I rushed up the stairs. "Oooh! I wanna take this one! The mission on Galuna Island! Can we go there ? Please ? Pretty, pretty please ?"
I begged. This is the mission I need to complete! It seems so interesting...Perhaps I'll find some Celestial Keys!

(*P.S. Can I change Kayla's powers to Celestial Wizard, please ?)

( Sure but imo shouldnt everyone have a different power? there's ao much out there. here's a list with everyone's powers. I'll put it on the front as well ;) Gev has water, cleo is a celestial, iree's a solid script, rie has requip on her arm armor and verene is an ice)
