Basically, it starts out with the word I put here and the next person posts one word that is can be associated with it.

Example:

If the first word is WATER then the next person might put down the word BED (water bed) or MELON or DRINK or LIQUID or anything associated with that word.  If the next word was BED then the third word might be SPRING (bed spring) or BUG... etc.... Try not to do opposite words and be creative.
