Create a trendy outfit that could suit Miss OhMyDollz 2013!!

To take part in this show, you must show how original and glamor you can be!

You have until Monday November 11th at 10:00 AM (French time) to register the most beautiful Miss outfit, so make the most of this whole week!

To correspond to this them, you need exclusively an outfit, a jewel set and make-up.

Are FORBIDDEN:

- Superfluous elements (flowers, animals, bags...)

- Visual effects (animated glitter, spotlights, flames...)

- Fantastic elements (magic wands, fire balls...)

- Models and characters (your doll must be alone!)

- A scene creation (no sticky furniture...)

- Ready-made outfits (you must create your own outfit and be original!)

- Gifts from your friends  Feerik or la Gazette

To register this week, you absolutely need:

- At LEAST 1 element from the Fashion Shop : http://www.ohmydollz.com/design/magasin … shop-2.png

- At LEAST 1 GIFT element from the quest

I remind you that if you can not follow the requirements of the subject, it is better to wait for the next contest instead to be banned for non-compliance with the theme.

Make sure your outfit is consistent and complies with the theme before you register.

Also check that there are no objects attached to your doll that you do not want to show. If the object is not attached to your doll, it will not be visible during the show!

Nice to see that all the forbidden items are added AFTER probably some have registered when those weren't in place.  And what would the "GIFT ELEMENT" be?  *sighs* *wishes that it doesn't have to seem so difficult*

So, uh...I am planning on using this with more thing towards the top and of course a bottom...If You can still see a part of it (which actually is the main color of the bodice)...that still counts right? It won't be completely covered, but it won't look like a swimsuit anymore and a part of it will be covered.

This is way to confusing to understand.

That's probably the point since their basically giving away a free quest to someone (since a quest is usually about 200+) ...

I wonder about that?  When you look at the store, in accessories there isn't a "flower" category it's listed as a hair accessory.

Also it says "gifts from Feerik."  Do they consider the custom content as gifts from them?

And this is where we get into discussing semantics. If it's a flower it's not being allowed, there are plenty of other hair accessories that aren't flowers.

Ribbonheart, I am sorry you're not entering again. As I said in the last thread fashion show thread, don't undress until it starts. So if something is wrong with your outfit you have time to fix it.

I just registered for the show. Now I think I should've come here to make sure my outfit was ready.
Could someone please check it? I didn't use any bags, flowers, wings, etc. But I did have an animated dress...but it doesn't show. Is that okay? or should I take it out?

It's all very confusing and I too am confused.  I went for the ballgown look of a Beauty Contest from my perspective.

What I don't which instills further confusion is this:

Gifts from your friends is relatively self-explanatory...
Gifts from la Gazette doesn't apply to the US site (I think?)...
Gifts from Feerik...

... I am reading this to mean gifts that we receive on holidays or "National" Days (like Sarah's birthday dress, the Christmas Advent Calendar dress, or these French and Italian dresses):




... or items that are gifts from an activity or event (like any of the elements included in the recent Halloween scavenger hunt):



... but what about rewards that are not site-wide, or tied to an event (like the trophies or Level awards)???

Okay....the gifts by feerik? I have a bunch of gifts by feerik...but they are categorized as "collector items"
I've been here a while and I don't remember all the gifts feerik has given us. They need to do something about that.

Also @n0regrets, the la gazette gift was that furry little monster we got a few weeks ago.

You're covered in sparkles and you have wings on. I am sorry but you have to go.

A ball gown is fine, you've just got to make sure you've got all the elements. No bag, no microphones, nothing fantastic (like wings and sparkles). Don't forget you need one piece from the current quest and one thing from the fashion store.
