We got the red glittery shoes early on in the calender and again today .
the 3rd of dec and the 24th gifts are the same..i am guessing this is a bug :)

the repeated gift happened to be the one i missed in my main and i liked those shoes XD

I missed the first duplicate gift, so this new gift is the only pair of shoes that I have! But, anyway, I hope the big will be fixed soon!

I did it on FB as well. While it shows in the window the same shoes from 3rd December, when I went to loft they were different - red with white bow and white belt around ankles.

If you opened the 23rd day and got the duplicate pair, you need to re-open that day & you will get the new pair while keeping the duplicate.

I voted and opened the gift last night after the tine change. I got the duplicate shoes as everyone did. I was busy all morning and now when I log in, I see the calendar needs to be opened again. I don't want to have to pay 15 feez for something I was suppose to have already gotten as the turn of the date. I have opened everyday the same, hoping that because all were opened, I would get the gift at the end.... But now I can't. This isn't fair to the ones that had that opened.
Sarah should correct this for us and give the ending gift. This was not my mistake, I'm not going to pay the feez I've saved up for a quest for this. Sorry if I'm ranting, but this is why I stayed on so long yesterday to get voting for my dollz done, and open the window for the 23 after the time change. Now, I won't get it on any of them.

I thought the 15 fez was just me. I got kicked out so many times last night. I went a head and paid the fez on 2 acc'ts that I had fez on. I thought that was where the duplicate shoes were, but???

I paid the 15 Feez to reopen the 23rd but I'm pretty unhappy about it. As jenzg11 said, it's as if we are being penalised for THEIR mistake.

I get the feeling that the English site is kinda neglected when it comes to updates (and that's cool because it's a French game) but surely the French users must be kicking up a stink about this! Was there a French announcement about the need to reopen the calendar? Because there was absolutely nothing official posted here. If it wasn't for this board and the helpful users here, I'd be completely in the dark.

If you had re-opened the 23rd window before the reset, you didn't have to pay the 15 Feez to re-open it. Maybe if you send a ticket in explaining you missed the notice about this bug they will open it for you without paying the feez? It might be worth trying

Glad it was fixed and all acc'ts can have gifts, but, for those who paid 15 fez to get it last night, the money has NOT been refunded.

Although I quickly watched a few videos last night to try and earn some Fee'z, I held off with reopening the 23rd, in the hopes that it would get fixed, which it has been. The 23rd shows as being opened and pictures the correct pair of shoes, which are also in My Things.
