I start laughing as I hear Violet's explanation . " Sounds nice ...but hmmm I'd rather have girls swoon over me now "

I watched them talk with vauge amusement inside. People are so cute when they talk.

"Well I guess I should introduce myself in the same way. Sierra Orenji at your service. I'm 17, I'm really strong but I get tired really easily. Sometimes I'll faint in battle. If anyone bullies my friends, the bullies'll get a real head smashing time." I turned to Amethyst. "You're turn!"

Violet:
"True. I wonder how they pick teams. How do they know who would be best fits together? Besides...I think that to really know any person, you need to see them in their natural habitat. For us... our work would be that habitat."

After saying goodbye to him, I walked over to a quieter side of the room where I could observe others and text in peace. I saw Kuro head to his brother. Unlike his older brother, Kuro is actually ... not bad. It was good to meet him. Hope we end up working together.

After sending the first text, Lina replied almost instantly: "How was your day?"

Me: "Weird so far. Got to test my abilities against another girl. And met two brothers. One is actually very ... nice. The other is ... annoying ... just like you ... You'd be best friends."

Lina: "Oooh Sounds like a nice guy! Now I'm relieved someone is going to bother you while you're away from me."

Me: "I hate you."

Lina: "What's new? You tell me that everyday."

I smiled slightly as I replied, "Just reminding you."

Lina: ":P Seriously though ... Think you're staying?"

Me: "..."

Lina: "What's that supposed to mean?"

Me: "I don't know."

Lina: "Where else would you go?"

Me: "Nowhere."

Lina: "Exactly. If you stick to those goals of yours (which by the way I don't approve of even now), then you have to stay there. If you change your mind, of course, you can come back and we can have fun and enjoy ourselves."

Me: "... I'm staying."

Lina: "Fine. Do you know if I can come to visit?"

Me: "Not sure yet. I'll have to ask. I haven't talked to any of the leaders yet. They talked to us for a minute and told us we'll be assigned to teams tomorrow and that was it."

Lina: "Hmmm. You have to let me ASAP. I need to come over and make your life miserable."

Me: "That you should. Anyways...Go to sleep. I will very soon, too."

Lina: "Nighty night, my crazy purple friend."

Me: "Night."

"Humm...I feel like playing cards." I take out a deck from my back pocket and notice the hesitaion. "I can have normal cards with me as well."

"I know every single card game in the world. So your choice."

I deal out the cards. "Alright, I can't go first so you two can decide."

I briefly nodded to Shiro. "We'll do two player first. I call three of a kind." I said, pulling out a Ten, Jack, and Queen of Spades.

I spot people playing cards and go over to them, "Hello." I say lightly, "What're you guys playing?"


Xeres:
I smile at my finished work, stark black birds leaving trails of neon on a white background. I sigh contentedly leaving and spot a group of people and hover curiously towards them.

Xeres:
I pull off my mask and pull down my hood. I shrug at the guy who called me, a bit put off by his sudden-ness, "First of all, I've got a name and second, no I don't think so. People've been pretty much messing around since this morning."

With a blank face, I looked at my remaining cards. "Sevens bridge." I said, putting down a seven of hearts with a quiet mumble of "Sevens.". I discarded one, and drew another, ending my turn.
