I guess they wanted more than one "elf/dwarf" in the scene and didn't want the races to be mixed up.  Even though, in "virtual" reality, clans... or guilds... consist of all races.  Some of the entries I've been seeing remind me more of a CHOIR of elves instead of a clan.  I've been looking at them, voting... but it's just so frustrating to get three dollz after three dollz with wings or Elves with red hair.
