This is not the french site. This is the English site...where we are left to own devices when it comes to translating french text.  While we moderators do our best to make sure things are translated in a way that reflects the original meaning, sometimes, things get lost in translation.  Even though we seek clarification as much possible, sometimes we can't get it.  When that happens (specifically in regards to the fashion show), we moderators have to clarify things among ourselves. (As we were told we could.)

In this particular case, while you might be right that the original french text stated it had to be a king and a queen, the translated text was not clear enough to be enforced here.

Another player asked for clarification on this issue, BEFORE the show even started, and an answer was provided. If you don't agree with this answer, the time to bring that up was then.
