Aw, I want the wig! On this doll I got pages and pages of stuff, my poor submarine room ecosystem with all those lochness monsters arriving ouf but my fb doll (my main one) got less, and only one of each. But she did get a massive number of the tickets for the santa gift thing

Oh wow, I've got 15 items as a reward...or well, was supposed to get 15, now I've got 22 pages x 35 items (approximately 770 items).

What a funny problem to have. Seeing as everyone got different numbers of repeats...did the server go down? Did they run a code and had it refresh multiple times? Really curious.

Has anybody else got the $$$ reward twice ?
it seems I got 60 $$$ twice.I had 1118 $$$,then I got a message from Sarah telling me that I got the event items plus the $$$ reward (total 1178 $$$).On the evening I got the same message again and I got 60 $$$ again this time without the items (total 1238 $$$).
I got 59 duplicates from each item.

I did some math and if I'm correct, I have 777 of the mermaid tail:

I also apparently have 777 of the Nessie and the stuffed bear, so I'm thinking I have 777 of each gift; making that a total of 15540 items or 15520 duplicates.

That's...a bit much.

Ok so I heard from the GM this is pretty much what he said:

There was a bug that took place but as for the duplicated items there is nothing they can do about it either you can Keep them or Delete them. It's your choice.

It's annoying, but the response kind of makes sense. By now, some might have already used the duplicates, or started deleting them, so to try and fix it would cause more issues.

EDIT -
Took me about 15-20 minutes to delete 128 pages of duplicates. Once I got a system down, it went fast, although I slowed down towards the end, so I wouldn't accidentally delete non-duplicated items that were already in my inventory!

Isis123, looks like they won't delete them. I would say selecting all on a page where you only have duplicates and deleting is best here. But to be careful so you don't delete something accidentally. There's no way to undo.

The way I found easiest is: Set theNumbers of items by page: to the highest then,
Go to a category, (character), then sub-category (imaginary), then color.. blue (in the case of the mermaid tale), this will bring up just that item for many pages.
Then click on [select All] and then delete selection.

I would find the "last" page of the item and delete page of them until it shows none, or only the amount of them I want to keep.
It's time consuming for sure, but I find it to be easier than choosing on each page the ones I want or don't want.
