[No bug] The 30$$$ Gift Voucher
Message from the French forums since this is bugged: Small technical problem: the meter is a little capricious and is not yet displayed, it will arrive as quickly as possible.
In the interest of clarity for you, I encourage you to wait for the meter before making your purchases, even if you have already had all your gift voucher;)
I did this on my doll on the French Server. The diva bucks (DBs) were deducted from my DBs with each purchase I made. The meter next to the gold card 
increased with each purchase until it said I had spent 30. I bought something else, thinking that perhaps I then had an actual 30 DB gift card, but that too was deducted. I am refraining from doing it on my main doll here on this server. Has anyone heard anything else?
It starts out at ZERO and with each thing you buy, the amount increases until it gets to 30. From my understanding, it should start at THIRTY and decrease with each purchase AND.... nothing should be deducted from your diva bucks. Am I misunderstanding it?

I have noticed the same issue my own money is being deducted not from the $30.00 voucher.

The voucher says I've spent $20 but they also deducted that $20 from my money!! didn't get it for free!!

Tried it out by spending 1 OMD$$$ and it deducted from my own money, not the voucher.

I saw that the French players had this same problem, but it seemed to be related to using the voucher on a quest. However, I did a test today with one of my dolls and she lost some of her own money.
When I first read about the gift vouchers, I just assumed the money was credited to our dolls; but then I saw the weird meter with the gold card...Maybe it was and we just got confused with the meter? Gah, I hate being confuzzled!

You received 30 $$$ on your accounts the first time you logged in . (This is the information I did not understand)
Example: If you had 15 $$$ Tuesday night, on Wednesday you had 45 $$$ displayed on your account at login.
This is what many of you have noticed by logging in: you had 30 $$$ more!
When you make purchases, no matter in the stores or the replays page, your purchases are removed from your $$$ balance because the 30 $$$ are included.
Sunday night when the event is over: the $$$ of these 30 $$$ will be removed from the accounts.
The counter on the store page is just the representation of your free $$$ used. It tells you in fact how much of the 30 $$$ you can still spend, which will not be lost Sunday night.

Here to explain the principle, which suddenly explains all the bugs and misunderstandings that you had!
We will update the announcement to make it clearer on these aspects, because I think that this is not precise enough in the explanations.
In any case, the team hopes that this new novelty gift certificate you like, accompanied by the opening of stores. The event is not yet perfect, but this gift came from the whole team who did not want to finish this important month without offering you something, which is both a beautiful gift and something new.

what an odd way to do it... whatever works, i guess...
i didn't take note of how much money my dollz had the night before the vouchers were out, so i can't confirm this myself...

Yes, the end of the event the non-spent $$$ will be removed from your account ^^
