Day 20 Advent Gift is a number 20 in my room
UPDATE:
I cleared the cache and the boots showed up properly.
I tried sending it back to the inventory, which by doing that... it no longer showed as the number 20 in MY THINGS, but when I sent it back to this room, it's still the number 20. If I put it over my dollz' face and save it, it shows as blue boots in the avatar. But to look at it in my room, it looks like below. It is normal on my other dollz that I logged in some time after my main.
