why does it say it used to be 150 but now it is 99? it was never 150. we were never able to buy it. there are no savings.

It's a marketing thing - to give the impression that you're getting a deal off of the original price.

Just like a certain retail store that is almost all around the world W**-Mart when they have Hamburger Helper which has ALWAYS been $1.50... they raise the price to $1.68 for a couple of months then they... "roll back" the price to a "NEW" low low price: $1.50.
That horse is nowhere worth 99 DB. I might have bought it for 30DB but I would have had to think hard about it. I have a horse in my attic that I haven't found a place for it for the public to view.

Waste of money actually... It costs 99$$$ and the only attractive to it is it is ANIMATED and GRAPHICAL... I would buy it for any amount if it is a PINK UNICORN or WHITE
