Is the boutique ever updated with new clothes or furniture? If so, how often?

Yes, it is updated. I'm not sure how often, maybe every 4 months or so? I'm just guessing. Also the outfits you can win from the jackpot game are updated.

I was just thinking the same thing, it has been a long time since the boutique was last updates. I'm hoping that it will be soon though, I have been saving up my tickets in the hope for some new clothing.
