Does anyone know where the hair with the pink dress is from? i've been looking in the stores and I can't find it. I've never seen it in the makeup section either so was it from a quest or flirt?

The long blonde curly hair is from the Zodiac Magic cupboards. The brown hair I think is just hair designed for the picture.
