Wig Cap?

I've gone to FAQ, and I've followed the directions. However, it's not there? I've retried various times.
My computer is 100% zoomed, which is what I need to be able to see every wig.
Soooo.... what's going on?

What is your problem, exactly? What do you mean by 'Wig cap"? Are you looking for a certain wig? Where? Are you talking about the make-over section?

I'm guessing she means this piece, from the makeover section:

1) Change My Look - at the top of the page, underneath "Go To Work"
2) Hair section
3) Select the shortest hair option
4) Select the dark-brown hair option (third from the left)
5) Go to the second page of options, and the wig cap will be the 3rd option
