Daniel:
” I am not interested in getting to know any of you.” I said calmly. ”The phone. Now.”
Raina:
"Well we are. At least acquaintances? It must get lonely up here all on your own. Or not totally on your own." I said looking at the little brother. I turned to him, "You're his brother aren't you? How do you like your school so far? Pretty terrible thing school. I was homeschooled by my father and that was much much better."

((Is the kid a demigod too?))
((spoiler...nope!))
Lau:
The little one looked nervously at Daniel then at her, ”I like school...but the other kids are mean...I can defend myself but...they bully the other kids, too.”
Raina:
"You're kidding me! We have to do something about that! Guys. He's so small! Bec, I don't care what you say. I'm going to help this kid out. I go to that guy's school" I said to the little guy. "Tell him to tell me when it happens again. I'll come as soon as I can." Anything to get of school early
Bec:
I roll my eyes at Raina and look at Daniel, "The kid's why you're not at camp, isn't he?"
Lau:
Daniel had his eyes staring down at Raina. His hand was resting on something hidden under his coat...as if he were expecting us to attack them. ”I'm not joining camp because I don't need it.”
The kid smiled fondly at his big brother saying, ”Naaah. Big brother will figure it out. He always does.”
Raina:
I smiled at Daniel "You have lots of faith in your brother. I wonder how that feels." I said to the little one. "Hey umm why are we talking about camp? We said we don't want to recruit you."
Lau:
Before Daniel could reply, the little boy exclaimed, ”That's because he's the best. He knows everything!!”
Raina:
"Everything huh. Hey do you know why he's going to our school? I mean he could be a teacher there instead."
Lau:
”He says even of we are smart, I need to interact with others.”
Raina:
"Hmm wants to be social. Well then. More of the reason we should be friends! Hey little buddy, what's your name?"
Daniel:
Leon gave her his best charming smile, ”Leon...Leon Crawford.”
Raina:
"Well Leon, My name is Raina. You are new to the school, right? Well you can ask any of us anything if you need help. Alright?"
Daniel:
As always he was too trusting and said, ”Thank you. You're nice.”
Raina:
"Aww Can I hug you? I want to hug you."
Bec:
"The kid's in danger here." I half-whisper to Daniel, seeing the way-too trusting child smile at Raina.
Daniel:
”...And why is that?”
Lau:
He smiled and hugged her himself.
Raina:
I looked at Bec then Daniel as I waited for the reason. "Hey can us big kids talk real quick without you here?" I whispered in his ear. "Make sure the guards don't come here okay? We just want to talk with your big brother."
Mikaella:
I was speechless again. It was as if someone cut off my tongue. I could not speak... Not to Daniel, anyway. Instead, I turned to Leon. I smiled.
"So we won't take long. Just a few minutes. So, I really hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do, and ask me or the others if you want something, okay ? We'd be happy to help! Well... Most of us..." I giggled. "We'll be done soon."
Bec:
"An Athena doesn't realize?" I say, smirking then turning serious, "You are literally marinating him in demigod scent. Him, this place, everything. And what happens to those with a demigod scent?"
I ask the question rhetorically.
Daniel:
I'm not sure why I started talking to him...I suppose my worry for Leon was the motivation. "Do you think I didn't think of that?....If I leave, he will still be targeted. I have many enemies and no, bodyguards are not enough. He was already kidnapped once before and I'm not allowing it again...At least when I'm around, I can protect him."
Lau:
Leon looked worriedly at Daniel before running upstairs.
Bec:
I sigh, a sad tone to my voice, "There'll be a day when you won't be enough. -But, anyway, who needs to hear that, right? We've really overextended our stay."
Raina:
"He gives the a-okay on what happens." I said taking the phone out of my pocket and giving it to Daniel. "Remember," I said before letting go. "We want to be friends."
Daniel:
I saw the only guy of the group start to leave and at first, i said nothing. But I changed my mind and said, "Wait..." Even though I still didn't trust them, the guy seemed like he was...much more experienced than he let on. As much as I hated to admit, I might need their help if things go...magically wrong, "I want your contact info."
