Plus this is where the sticky notes'll help too. I remember Twin saying she put her homework due dates on a sticky note that she put on the course's binder. I'm going to do that too
But I don't understand the binder thing you're telling me...
So I take the big binder with me to classes and leave the small ones at home to put the assignments in or vice versa?

@Angel: Let's see, how about an example:
Say you have three courses:
1. Spanish
2. Computer Science (wink wink)
3. Engineering Drawing and Design

What I do is:
1. Get a binder for each course and actually label them. So one for Spanish, One for Computer Science and one for Engineering Drawings. These are big binders that can carry everything you need for each course for an entire semester.
2. Get a binder that we'll call 'Daily' that contains:
- 3 Separators with a label on each for which course this section is for. These could also be simply sheets of paper.
- In each course section, add in some paper that work best for taking notes for that course. For example, the engineering drawing, we used the sheets with squares.
- A copy of your semester's schedule (room,time,etc)
- Freshmen: Get a map of the campus in there ... You'll need it
- Sheet for Bus Schedules if you need them.
- A few pocket folders that can go into the binder so you can place your assignments neatly in them.

Note: The Daily binder needs to be smaller than the courses ones. It needs to be light on your shoulders!

And either get a daily planner (not a monthly -- I didn't like weekly). Or merge that with the binder.

The reason I didn't use sticky notes as much if because I often lost them XD

I used the sticky notes as a scratch pad so I could quickly write down assignment days. I stuck a whole pad on the front pocket and after I came back home, I wrote the assignments on a planner.
