I'm sure this is going to be one of those "I didn't even remember that" moments... but there was an extra event associated with this quest (and I did remember it :P)!

Here is the link to the original Halloween Quest 2012... which includes the information about a "scavenger hunt" with bonus items (that unlock an "unhaunted" castle skin).

I did this quest just before the replay offer ended yesterday (Monday) on an alternate account, but was unsuccessful in finding these bonus items... I do know where they were located.  My castle does, however, have both haunted & unhaunted options available.



While I am definitely happy not to be stuck in "haunted" mode forever... I would also like to obtain these accessory items, as they were designed to be incorporated in the theme and room... and they were also included with the original quest.

Would this be possible?  Thank you in advance for your assistance!
