I did both replays for the christmas room and i did not receive the extension. Is there a problem with this?

Which two replays did you do? So we can verify that together they get you the extension and report the bug.

I also didn't get it when i did 2012 replay here. I already had the room from 2013.

So it didn't work for both of your account and your alt? It shows that you're the same person so need to know which account to report the bug for.

It happened for me too for Christmas Quest 2011.I haven't got the Cabin extension and I had the room since last year.
Can you fix this please ?

My ticket was closed without a reply and i still never got the room, waste of time reporting because nothing happens.

If your ticket is closed, you can reply to it to open it again which MIGHT get you a reply.
