[Fixed] Easter Gifts bug with browsers

I use three browsers:
Chrome
Foxfire
Opera

I noticed on some of my alt dolls that I've logged in so far on the Opera browser, they have received the following Easter Gfits... which now automatically goes to the Inventory.

On my main doll, which I logged in on the Chrome and Foxfire browsers, I didn't get any gifts. I logged a couple of alts into Chrome and they didn't get them. They appear after the giant fish. Anyone else having this issue?

I now have one that I logged in on the Opera browser and she didn't get the gifts.

I am also having the same problem. My main account Zarinen and one of my alternate accounts BabyDollXOXO didn't get the free gifts. I used the same browser, Google Chrome, to log in. But for whatever reason only those two accounts didn't get the gifts.

I use Firefox and I got these without any problems on all of my dolls.

Time for an annoying IT question ;) Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies then logging in again?

If it were my cache, I wouldn't have received any on all of my dollz...

I've logged dollz in on all three browsers and some got the gifts while others did not.

I also have cleared the cache and still no gifts on my main doll. I'm going to go through my dollz to see how many have them and how many do not.

Please report dollz that haven't received the gifts here and we'll take it to the GM.

I've double checked all my dolls and the ones who DID NOT receive the Easter gifts are:

aubreydane
echomcdane
fionadane
jilliedane

The problem still persisted. The dolls that didn't receive the gifts are: Zarinen & BabyDollXOXO.

I only had one doll ( lady-hawke ) who did not get the Easter gifts... in my case, I cannot think of any specific habits or hardware issues that would account for this problem.

I did check for a similar post on the French Forum... and it has also been reported there, with apparently the same degree of randomness.

Thank you to the mods for letting the GM know... I'm sure it will be fixed shortly ^.^

When I logged in into french server, my alt doll has gotten the gifts and in this server i did not get any.

I realize it might take a long time to go through all these servers and dolls who didn't get the gifts, but I wonder if there is a time frame of when....

I still haven't received the gifts.

We sent another reminder this morning. As soon as we get any updates we'll let you ladies know. But hopefully you'd get the gifts before then.

I didn't even know this was a thing, since the gifts weren't mentioned in the News, right? Or were they?

It looks like my main doll Lady0filia, as well as my other doll Firewater never got these gifts. My two French dolls, Starspell and Falina10, also didn't get them.

Yeah we didn't get a NEWS piece about them. It's a bug affecting other servers, too.

I have finally received the Easter Gifts!

I've looked at a couple of my dolls that did receive the gifts when they were supposed to and it appears that they have received those gifts again.

Plus 10 gold squares: Not sure what they are, but once sent to a room... they do not show up. I sent them to my photo studio room since the background is black.

I had some of these same eggs/items from last year or some previous year, and now I have 2 of the same..... except the bunny tail in the cup and the bell with wings were new for me.

Same here. Gifts have arrived! Also, there is currently an x where the store name would be when you mouse over the gold squares. They almost look like bracelets.

I believe those gold 'bracelets' are a glitch of some sort. I recognize them right away as what I see when I look at an account that has no doll made. For example: Luna85

I don't know what their purpose is, though. Place-holder?

The bracelets are your original items. In my "stormie" account, I have lost access to everything I own that came before the easter gifts (which is basically everything I own, period.)

I've been told the gold squares were a mistake and got accidentally credited along with the easter gifts. They can be deleted from your inventory.

I thought they were the bracelets. I couldn't see the outfits, and the bracelets were there. It all looks right now though - bracelets are gone and my outfits are there.
