i don't have my feez

I'm assuming this is from a survey you had done with Peanut lab? If so, a lot of those especially with Peanut Lab aren't working very well at the moment. If you look at each company or vendor for the FREE FEEZ, there should be a "contact us" spot for that particular company that you can send a ticket in about missing feez. But be aware, you will need documentation/screenshots of what you say you did to get the free feez.
