[Fixed] Room is blacked out
My "high school" room is totally black out. I've tried clearing cache and change backgrounds. none of them work.
Please check this out for me.

The high school rooms on all my dollz are still black.. No background shows

Hello
Our team was able to correct a large number of black backgrounds at once.
The "high school" room continued to stubbornly remain with a black background despite several attempts to correct it. Our technical team finally found the cause of these persistent black backgrounds!
The team therefore prepared and launched a huge fix designed to correct all rooms with black backgrounds in one go. This fix was implemented on September 8, 2025.
