I had photoshop >< BUT BECAUSE OF THE PARENTAL CONTROL I CANT ACESS IT ! Urgh.
But without photoshop, i still can improve :>

It looks REALLY pretty~ I love it! I can't do things like this at all, I always wonder how you can get it to look so professional looking and smooth~ One possible concrit? Like, Tiff's body is cut off somewhere near the bottom, maybe you could shift it down more so her body doesn't look cut off and pasted there, but like, part of the entire picture. (So that her body is where the curvy border is, instead of cut off above it). Am I making sense? But other than that, it looks wonderful! :star:
