"Way to go out in style." I chuckled to myself and stretched my arm as utter chaos went down around me. I stepped out I my heeled shoes (not that I really need them, I'm a giant as it is). I quickly glanced around and spotted Iree. Without asking, I swiftly picked up the tiny delicate thing and placed her on my shoulders. "Where are the others?"

I changed into a turtleneck creme top, skinny black jeans with a pair of long black boots and a chic black coat.

He didn't miss a single detail, I thought to myself before throwing my hair behind my back and heading downstairs to talk to my host.

I found him standing in the balcony looking at the stars. I bet he knew I was there because of my heels, so I didn't need to say anything. I stood by his side looking ahead before hearing him ask, "Do you like your outfit?"

I nodded before saying, "That was too kind of you...It would have been hard to run in the wedding dress."

He smirked and asked looking at me, "What now?"

Sighing, I said pushing a lock of my jet black hair behind my ear, "I don't know....They would look for us."

"I was thinking...What if we joined another guild?...The inter-clan marriage would fail, right?"

"I am already in another guild."

He raised an eyebrow in astonishment, "You are?...May I ask which one?"

"The Fairytail." I replied.

He looked away again looking to be in deep thought before saying, "...Does your father know?"

"He does...Theo does too...But it was part of the bet to do the marriage without mentioning anything...Without ruining it..."

"Meaning if I join the guild too..."

"And we announce that..." I continued.

"The wedding is cancelled." We both said...

He, then, asked, "Wouldn't they try to take revenge on us? Kill us?"

"I bet...They would first try bringing us back...I know Theo would try to anyways since he aspires to be the head of our clan even though he's the second eldest..."

"That brother of yours...Please don't consider this an insult, but I seriously would love to kick his behind at some point."

"And I would join you wholeheartedly."

He smiled and looked at me, but this time I was the one looking away at the stars.

A few minutes passed before I cut the silence and said, "I have one more question, though."

"And what's that?" He asked curiously.

I looked at him and asked dead serious, "How did you know my size? The clothes fit perfectly."

He smirked and looked away not replying...And in all honesty, I didn't need him to...

I knew his size as well...

I blinked surprisingly and looked around. At this height, I could see everyone. "There's Carmine." I said pointing towards the corner of the hall. "And there's Kayla and Gevesha"

I glided over to Verene's siblings. "So what's the plan, short straw? Cuz after this, I have an inkling that I'm not gonna be welcome here." I asked the girl as I flicked my hand, stumbling the fathers awkwardly into each other. I was losing my power over them, but I wasn't going down without a fight.

I sat with Xavier in a private train car heading to where Fairytail HQ was. We decided that the sooner he joined the guild, the better. Which was why he immediately sent one of his men to buy us tickets and why we were now sitting quietly in the car.

"Why Fairytail of all guilds?" He asked breaking the silence.

I shrugged, "They seemed interesting...and there were a few girls that refused to leave my side."

I see all of them and they call out.
They discuss going back to that... guild. I might as well join them, I think to myself.
