31 do you remember how that virus hit the computer? What dod you download or which site did you visit to cause that?
Also can you describe what the virus is doing exactly? Do you know its name?

I don't remember the first. It slows the computer down. Restarts the home screen. Won't pull up anything but the computer screen and all the things (control, documents, etc.) Every now and then it pop up and thing in the corner that's red and white. It says Microsoft at the top and has a green "Clean" button on it. Caije said that was the virus. You click clean and it does nothing.

31 yup a virus. Not Microsoft btw. They are trying to trick you to click on ”clean”. I never had that one before, so I need to research.

31 can he download malwarebytes on it? And CCleaner? Then copy them to a CLEAN usb and then copy that to yours and install it?
