I'm watching my tongue more. I'm normally a sarcastic, sometime rude, bad mouth person. The way to fix it is to say only nice things and hold my tongue. Not helping me much.

You two ain't mean or rude. What am I hearing? It's alright to be meanish sometimes. It's understandable. You can't always be nice to people and sometimes it's one of those days. And sometimes you just aren't in the mood to be nice.
