wow.
I mean, yay and everything but...I kinda see that as a bit harsh. Not saying rape is anything to be proud of. It's an awful thing but I don't know...well...if he was young maybe but he's old and has kids. Plus it was his own children that he hurt. Not gonna say it's a good thing, but at least something was done.
Anyway, You and Caije make up I presume?

It's the law. The law put him away. Rape I don't take lightly bring a victim and seeing my rapist walk because he was under age. His father is in his 40's and should know better.
Yes we did. We still talked but I didn't give him the second chance till last week and we started over on a clean slate today. Everything forgiven.
156
Cool! (the second part) I'm happy you two forgave :3 Just don't forget. I don't believe in "Forgive and Forget"
154
It's humanly impossible for me to forget but I will forgive him
155 Both are good news! Congrats Bloodsy :D
154
Thanks Varky :)
156 FYI, I might disappear a lot for the next few days. I have a lot going on and depending on the time and so on, I might not be as online or as active. If I seem distant, I just haven't had time to response yet :)
155
Both awesome news Bloody! I'm happy for you! :D
I shall be distant too a little. Gonna be traveling and when I get back I have sort a lot of things.

153
Too quiet Mandy! Talk :D
154 Gaaaah. Tirrred.
155
Same.
I forgot to tell you guys (I think) but I died and this time for good. I won't be back in the game at all since buyins have stopped. I actually lasted a whole week without dying ^^ So happy :3
They're thinking of doing it again for the spring, this time with Juniors, and I'll be doing it again if they do actually go through with that >:3
So, how's days going by for y'all? FOr some reason, I've noticed myself speaking my home language more. It's strange but now I rarely talk to my mom in English unless I'm talking quickly.
154
I'm trying to make style choices for my characters so I can draw them accurately (So what I have in my head matches what I put on paper) But my sister kept me up until 2 am so I'm making bad choices -.-
I've also recently become addicted to this song >> 17 Crimes [La Riots Remix]
Angel...Is it weird knowing more then one language? Sounds silly, but does knowing more then one fluently and speaking both get confusing or is it, like, normal?
155
It's really funny actually ^^ So you have to first understand how I speak at home. I almost never speak to my siblings in Urdu (home language). My parents though, I usually talk to them in Urdu. I'm not as fluent in Urdu as I am in English and my dad doesn't know it that well either. My mom is the only one in the house who is fluent in the language.
There are a few words that we say only in Urdu even if we're speaking in English, for example, water. In Urdu water is pa-nee (phonetically). When we want water, at home we say, "I need to go drink Panee" no matter who we're talking to.
The habit of saying parts of words in Urdu kind of goes with us to school so sometimes we forget and for the example of water, I've had a significant amount of cases where I've asked the teacher, "May I go get Panee?" instead of "May I go get water?"
There are a whole lot of other words too and the same happens vice versa although not as funny. But when I talk in Urdu, I'll mix English words into it since I don't know those words in Urdu. Like colors and numbers. I know a few, but I usually forget while talking.
It's fun having a second language. When we're in stores to buy stuff, it's like our secret code no one else knows ^^ Especially since it's not a very common language like Spanish.

That's great news bloody! :)
Haha, I know what you mean angel, my 2nd (well 3rd) language is Chinese and it's my family's language and obviously I grew up with it so like I'd find myself saying "shobe" which is little sister or shoti (little brother) when I'm talking about my family to my friends/schoolmates and I forget sometimes that they don't understand.

:D same feeling! Oh and my siblings call me Apiyah since we don't take the names of anyone older than us as a sign of respect. So I'm the only one who calls all my siblings by their name. My youngest brother has to call everyone by the sibling name. Apiyah, Bhayia, Apa, Baji, etc. They all just mean older brother or sister. I grew up thinking my name was "Apiyah" because I never heard anyone say my name. Even my parents would call me Apiyah. After I realized what my name was, I never liked saying it. I still don't. I just avoid saying my name as much as I can ^^ It sounds weird :P
My siblings are so used to it too that they don't like saying my name when talking about me to others.

Here we just add "tha" or "dhatha" to the back of a name if we are addressing someone older (whos female) and if the person is younger than "ko".
I'm Maldhatha normally but my stepbro calls me "Dhonthi" which is another word for elder sis. And I'm Malko in my school cause I got in one year higher than I should be in.
My language is pretty complicated. There are hundreds of islands in ma country and they all speak the same language in a different way. Basically they pronounce it in different ways. So the dialect I speak in my island is different to the one I speak where I live.
And yea. I get it about the secret language thing! Me and my mom travel a lot to Sri-Lanka and though the language a slightly similar they won't understand what we say. So we can criticize about stuff without offending them.

Wow, that's...Awesome! Must feel like secret agent/spies when you go places and speak different languages. :D
Only special name I get in my house is Baka... >.> it's a nickname I picked up somehow... But you guys' sound pretty and mystical :magic:
153
I'm definitively not mystical.. Will admit to pretty though. Lol. :p
152
Pretty and mystical? I'd say confusing to be honest, haha. I know two dialects in Chinese that I switch between fluidly (like same words/writing but compleetely different pronunciations) I remember once I was in Hong Kong and someone asked me a question in Mandarin and I replied in Fukien and they kind of just embarrasedly thanked me and walked away and I didn't realize that they probably didn't understand me until like 5 seconds later. >////<
lol ^^
I have a hard time talking to my grandparents. Even though I'm the most fluent of my siblings, I can only hold a very basic and simple conversation in Urdu..
I talk to other adults in Urdu too. But there's a lot of english involved in that. I grew up mostly in the states so my 1st language is English not Urdu.

Mandy! You don't talk much lately :3 How are you doing?
