I send an email to Brad to set an appointment time in order to show him that I found something. He messages me a few minutes later to meet in a trendy restaurant, not far from one of the apartments. I'm not sure Brad will be pleased with the visits of tomorrow, even if I broke down the selectin to only keep what corresponded best to what he asked me, usually this kind of first visit rather serves to confirm the tastes of the client. I program my wake-up call for tomorrow morning and disappear under the blanket to get some well deserved rest.

Step 4: A nice encounter

Miami is not quite lacking of houses. But Brad would want something quiet. One of my colleagues asked me to visit a house located in the Everglades, not far from Miami. It's a little far off but why not at least have a look at it. He just warned me that there was "some work to do". If the house is really that good, I don't think Brad will be against indoor work to make the house match his tastes. Together with some tourists, I take a speedboat to see the house and maybe also take a glimpse at the stunning landscape. Step 7: A good feeling

To Miami Beach! This famous beach is very lively but Amanda gave me a tip that there is a large house in a private subdivision in grand standing. To get there, I have to go along the beach, it is rather quiet for the moment but at night or during spring break, the atmosphere might be very charged. I meet lots of different people, young, old, charming young men doing their daily jogging, or teenagers on vacation having a drink at the beach bar and tanning. I have a little fear that it is too touristy for Brad but I continue my way up to the House, you never know. Maybe it's a Pearl! It's beautiful! You absolutely do not hear the noise of the city below, and there is a stunning views of the ocean. I immediately call Brad, I have a good feeling about this one.

Step 8: Hit the bull's eye

I was right, Brad loves the villa. I immediately call the owner who accepts the offer of Brad. He is so happy to have finally found his nest that he jumps into my arms. I'm kinda embarrassed, but I'm also used to it. He is not the first to do that, and certainly not the last. My clients call it "The rheasilvia Effect". Soon I will return to DollzCity, but first we celebrate the new home of Brad with a small party.
