As a rule, the pinata prizes consist of "X" number of items (I counted 6 in fairykisses' loft: 3 masks, 1 hat, 1 owl, 1 scratch) offered randomly in "X" number of color variations (according to the News post: 5).

For instance, your doll is wearing a green mask... but the News header features black.  So, I suspect that the scratches shown above are all of the variations available... of which, you will only get one.  I certainly can't speak with any authority if this is indeed the case... but that is my guess, based on past experience.

As I understand it, you should not receive "doubles" of any one gift.  You should get:

(1) Cat mask... in one of five colors
(1) Dia de los Muertos mask... in one of five colors
(1) Masquerade mask... in one of five colors
(1) Witches hat... in one of five colors
(1) Owl... in one of five colors
(1) Body mod: calf, thigh, ribcage, arm, or face

Again, that is just my understanding based on the way the pinata has always worked.. and observations of gifts in player lofts (I have yet to complete this event).  If anyone does get "doubles"... feel free to let us know here!

I absolutely L-O-V--E your witches hat, fairykisses... I can only hope to get that "unlucky" :P  sierradane's cat mask is adorable... but I like your black one, too!  Ahhh, if only they would implement that lonnggg requested "trade" / "marketplace" suggestion *sigh*... but like you said:  "Free is free" (so color me happy ^.^)

It would be nice if my Sarahspells pinata got whacked opened to see what she gets, but she needs 24 hits! I returned all those who whacked her's, plus,  so I'm trying to help as best I can. I wish they would lower the number of whacks, I think if you hit a real pinata 30 times it would be pulp - as well as the candy inside.
