what photoshop version are you using in this tutorial ? ( and what tablet ?)

I'm not too sure about that.
I think that they used Photoshop CS4 (or lower versions) for this one (because the post was dated back to 2009, and that was before CS5 came).. and a wacom tablet?
Although any photoshop version & tablet will do.. probably. v___v
