Additional dolls or mannequins

Please, can anyone tell me where I can get additional dolls or mannequins?

I think that the dolls come only from quests, but I know that I saw mannequins in shops but can't remember where.

There is a blue skinned doll in the Eredan's Wardrobe.
There's a white stitched and bloody skinned doll in the Halloween store (when it's open).

All the other kinds have been flirt rewards.
