You can either pick Visual Kei, Cosplay or Casual.

They will be judged according to their outfits (backgrounds do not matter)
If the outfit they submitted is completely irrelevant to their chosen category then they no longer apply for the the winners section.
There are three judges for this contest, and that includes me.
