If somebody is 'charismatic' - that is, possessing a lot of 'charisma' - they are very good at talking. People listen to them easily and they can easily influence others. People take note of a charismatic person and tend to respect and follow them.
Hopefully that will help you understand the word better.

If someone has 'charisma', it usually means that they are charming, or have a certain appeal.  Much like Snortmort said, they are usually respected and listened to by others.

Think of...Professor Dumbledore, I always find him charasmatic.  Or, if you're more a Twilight-type-person, I suppose any of the vampires in that series could be said to have charisma.  Or James Bond.

What I mean beauty

I think she is trying to ask what they mean in context to the game.

Basically you train everyday and put a point in either Beauty, Charisma, Intelligence or Art.

The more points you have in each the higher paying job you can get.

If you want to be a Model, you need to put your points in Beauty & Charisma
If you want to be a Singer, you need to put them in Art & Charisma
If you want to be a Dancer, you need to put them in Art & Beauty
If you want to be an Actress, you need to put points in Art & Intelligence
If you want to be a Vet, you need to put them in Intelligence
If you want to be a Nurse, you need to put them in Charisma & Intelligence


You can change your job by clicking the link above your home that says "Change Job"  Pay attention to how many points you need to put in each catagory so you know how to advance in each job :)

Ghizlene98, one of the many rules which you don't seem to have read or care about is to use proper spelling, punctuation and grammar. Just putting in 'how' could be considered rude. Please start using sentences or you will incur another warning.

As for 'how'
Just under you doll is a box that says Characteristics. There you will see the words beauty, charisma, Intelligence and art. Just below that box is the word 'experience' and the word 'train'. Click the word train to gain more experience. When you've got 100% you will see the word 'Progress' appear next to beauty, charisma, intelligence and art. Click on the 'progress' next to the one you want to progress in.
Be aware you get one 'Free' training session a day. Then you have to pay 1$$ for each time you click train.
