Well, check out the Inspiration Shop and check out their catalogs. 
The second page, there should be something that is really really close to the Miku Outfit.

- Basics(page 38) You can use this(buy two) as hair grips. Just rotate them.
- Valiae. These gloves you can put under Coldy's detached sleeves(look at Arlekinlain's post)
- Ametyst. You can also use these.
