Does the loft extension cost $$$ or Feez?

Neither, you have to be at level 100 for it to open up.
I guess you can say it will cost you Fee'z since you have to buy stuff to level up..

If you do nothing else you can do it by simply using your daily $$$. It might take a while but you can do it without buying Feez.
