Mind boggling: 13 thousand votes a week

I was wondering if it would be okay to post a French doll's link from the French server. The reason I ask, is that while looking at their "rankings" one doll in a week has close to 13,000 votes in one week. Not 13 hundred but 13 THOUSAND. I was flabergasted. Let me be even MORE flabergasted!!! When looking at the top rankings for this week there.... 20 thousand votes! *falls off her chair*

Probably to answer my own question, it probably wouldn't be okay.

As for the votes. How on earth? I couldn't keep up with the wonderful people that voted to help me get to 1,000 votes for the trophy.

I find it disheartening that some girls/ladies are zipping through trophy collecting. I know I worked hard at getting my 500 and 1000 trophies. It took me a while before I even decided it was possible and asked for help.

I really hope that this trend does not continue onto the English OMD site.

Exactly my thoughts. There's not a trophy for one million lifetime votes, so what's the point of having that many. But I guess when you are used to getting around 10 thousand a week, eventually the lifetime numbers will rack up.

over 11 thousand now. Why is it that dolls such as these do not get turned in? I know it probably shouldn't concern us since it's on the French server but it's actually sickening that such behavior is allowed to continue, week after week.

Somehow, it just seems that getting way over 10 thousand in a week is abnormal. I remember back a year or so ago, I looked at the top dolls and one actually had over 55,000 in one week.

If they ever have a contest for most creative outfit by using the most items, that particular doll (who now has over 14 thousand votes) would win. She had one black outfit & I pulled close to 100 items off her that she had strategically placed to create a very nice looking dress.

over 16 thousand votes now on that main doll of grisalda. She has an alt doll that it looks like she is in the process of creating another ensemble. So far I count 116 items and there are several others to the left (69 more items!) that I'm guessing she'll add. Can you imagine the DB's spent to create that look!!!
