"Nice catch." I smirked. Ready to grab it from the air if she threw it at me.

Shannon:
"It's still morning. Well I've gotta go open up shop." I said getting up. "Why don't you two stop on by later? I'd love to fix that crazy hair of yours."

Felicia:

I twisted my hand and the needle turned. I blinked and the needle disappeared. I put my hand down and the needle came from behind her, getting her in the shoulder.

Shannon:
"Of course! See you then. Oh! And say hi to Aunt Vana for me." I left and got into my car, driving to my shop.

Naioro:
The needle disappeared and I thought it was gone. As I reached to get a dagger, I felt something sharp pierce me from behind. I screamed and fell down on my knees. I pulled the needle out and dropped it. If that's what she was going to do, I had to make her keep doing it. I stuffed my hands in my pockets and found some arrowheads and threw them all at her.

I smirked and repeated what I just did. I stopped them and blinked. I could see them shimmer behind her as I dropped my hand for them to continue their course.

Kawyn:

I walked through the kitchen to go out the back door. "Shannon says hi." I told mom.

This time I was ready for them so I jumped over them to get out of the way and I ran to grab them all.
"Neat trick you got there."

Vana:
"Oh, I didn't even hear her come by...DOES THAT MEAN I'M GETTING OLD??" I said shocked.

Felicia:

Dia:

"Of course. They just need each other." Matt have me a small courteous smile as we turned and left.

Nero:

"From my little sister?"

"Of course! She's an exquisite cook. Especially with your amazing father by her side. They're unstoppable."

Val:
As much as my heart was aching, seeing the look on Matt's face just ... couldn't allow me to express any of that sadness. He was very ... shattered. I walked up to him and said, "...I have a feeling she's... gonna make it."

"I know... I..." I turned around pretending to look at some flowers we had in there to hide the tears threatening to fall. "I didn't... I wished she'd never have to go through that... She's a strong girl... And we'll get to her..."

I chuckled looking at Kane and winking. That did sound like us. 'No more like ... unintelligent and only use groans to communicate."

Val:
I wasn't sure what to say. "When all of this is over... I want to go away from the castle... All of us.. At least for a while."

I felt guilt saying it but my spirits were way too low for me to think straight. "I honestly don't want to care anymore... I want to only care about you and our kids, Matt. I want us to have a break from the castle and all the politics and all the drama."

Stef:
I glared at him, "Be nice..."

Matt:

I gasped. "Valerie. I love you and our kids but we house a thousand members, families, mothers, children, sons...and they need the protection of this castle and their leader. I walk away and they lose hope. They lose hope and we get found. When we get found that is thousands of lives lost all because you wanted a break? You can take the kids but I can't take a hiatus. Not now. Not while the Clave is hounding on my doorsteps, ready to kill me and all I have."
