My avatar doesn't work

Hi, I'm here because I've got a problem, my avatar doesn't work...I don't know why, I never had this bug, the page is completely charged, except my doll's avatar...
I left a screenshot about the bug...please help me! Thanks :)

Hi bianca96, the reason why your avatar doesn't appear is because there are to many items behind your doll, I mean where you registered your doll. What you must do is either delete the heap of items or just register your doll in an other room.
