So my english teacher asked us to search for this and I couldn't find it anywhere so please help:
There are some words that don't change in the plural form such as:
Information and homework and.....ect
So how do we call them??

Actually, irregular plurals are those that don't add the final -s or -es to make the plural form, but they DO change. Some change their endings, such as knife-knives or wolf-wolves, and some change whitin the word or become a new one, such as mouse-mice or person-people.
Those nouns your teacher asked you about don't have a plural form (that's why they are usually uncountable) and they are called singularia tantum (which in Latin means "singular only").
