I smiled. "very good Mary." I stated. "Now to mix things up. Karter and Winter. Come up for a duet please."

Winter:

I stared at the stage. Who was Karter and what song were they supposed to sing. She was sure they did not have the same taste in music.

Karter's eyes widen and glares at the announcer.
Kale nudges him lightly, A duet is just two people making music together. You don't have to sing.
Karter grins at his brother, If you didn't have musical talent, you could be a lawyer.
Kale just shrugs, Hopefully your partner's fine with it.
Karter goes up to the girl who stood up, "You must be Winter, wanna try something with me?" he asks gesturing to his laptop.

Karter records the girls voice and remixes the few lines. Adding back beats and all the stuff in a basic music production. He lets the short minute and a half mix play on the speakers, and bows, daring the announcer to challenge the "duet".

I look at the boy with interests. He wants a challenge? I'll give him one. "nice Winter and Karter. Now sing the fellings of your clothes."

I looked at my own clothes and thought of a beat that would go with it. I played the beat on the chair in front of me. It didn't sound that great so I stopped. "Think you can do one?" I said to Kale.

Kale hums monotonously, looking at his clothes, I think, mine would be easy since I play the violin and Im wearing this classy not-suit.
Karter smiles a cheery smile that radiated malevolence as he spoke, "Well, Miss, your instructions were, if I may quote, to come on stage and demonstrate our talents. We have done exactly that. She has demonstrated singing and I demonstrated mixing, which mind you I did label as my primary talent in enrollment. I think it's quite unfair to us that we would have to make even more demonstrations seeing as creating things on queue is no easy task even for a skilled prodigy. After all, we'd done nothing wrong."
Karter smiles again, as he stares at the stream of his usual light-blue voice is laced with toxic green.

Karter turns around at that and walks off the stage.
