I would take that as sign. A sign that you've been ignoring for a long long time and now I think you don't have a choice but to listen.
Twin, you need a break. This isn't one of those breaks where you just take it easy for a few minutes and you're ready to go, No. It's much longer.
What happened isn't normal for you right? You're dead tired. You're damaging your body more right now and you need to stop.
It's not sleep that you need. It's a break. A break from life. A break from home, A break from school. Go get a change of scenery ans just shut down for an hour. Do that everyday. You need to stop thinking. Stop caring just for an hour alone.
Do some yoga too. It really does help. Try a little meditating as well.
One hour from your week. That's all it is...Maybe two if it's really really bad. You have to give up something in your day. It's only an hour a week.
I know you said it's not that easy, but think. There has to be something you do that's unnecessary to be doing every single day. For me it's tumblr. Something like that. Or reading a book. Or staying on the computer. Watching TV? Ever stay after school for a club?
You have to do something.

The last bit of my work is due Tuesday. I'm planning on skipping wednesday. Thursday is rewards day and Friday is field day and then schools out. I'm working on getting a job but until I can get a phone is hard. Plus, Caije moves in 12 days. Felicia wants to get me down in June after he leaves to give me a break.

Plus, I have 2 a graduation and a graduation party to go to.

Sick Malu = Lazy Malu but my mom still makes me go to school. And I can't concentrate so I sleep and now I'm behind on notes. Doing a bit better now so I'm trying to catch up. :D Plus I have a few tests this month and 2 weeks later I have Mid-Term exams. What's your CD assignment about, Rare?
