Diana:
I smiled a little at them. Daddy tsked, "You two and being sweet."

Leon:
"Shy don't always work though." I said as we got to the library. Luckily I remember where it is.

Marie:
"Let's see... I met you about ... and add 1." I said counting on my fingers. "Wait wait. We became a couple on Di and Elias's wedding. Remember? So that's five months?"

Marie:
"Yeah...I can't believe it. Time flies?"

Diana:
Daddy smiled and said, "Cordelia is addicting." He looked at the time, "Shouldn't the rest of the fmily be here?"

Leon:
"Well let's look for both then. We're bound to find something."

Leon:
'No. Some I did but most are girls I recognize." I said typing a few names. Most so far were not fire benders.

Diana:
"Traffic hopefully." I offered. "Would you guys like a drink?"

Marie:
'yeah. I mean. We met and became friends about six months ago and became a couple about a month or so after."

Leon:
"Yeah which is making it really hard to try and imagine how they look like right now..."

Diana:
"Daddy?"
He thought for a second and then said, "Any juice would be great."
I turned to Elias, "Still no drink?"

Marie:
"Mine too! I just can't believe it... I didn't even feel the months go by.."

Rik:
"Did you two enjoy the trip?" I said as Di went to a nearby counter to make us the drinks.

Leon:
"How about... this one?" I asked referring to a girl named Aletha something or another.

Marie:
"You know I'm not that big on materialistic things."

Diana:
"Elias taught me how to surf."

Marie:
"I don't think we did. Oh wait. We bought my new bed."

Leon:
"Okay. Give her a call then. If I call, she might date me."

Diana:
Daddy shook his head as I gave him his juice and Aunt Cordelia her drink. "I've never tried it. Speaking of it, it's been ages since I've been to the beach in general."
I got Elias his glass of water. "You're a water bender, daddy. You and Aunt Cordelia should really go. It was like heaven!"

Leon:
"I don't either. I don't even remember where I know her from?"

Marie:
"What if we go on a mall date?"

Marie:
"Yup. That sounds like a plan."

Rik:
"Do you know how to surf then?" I asked Cordelia.

Leon:
"Fine..." I said and dialed the number.


Aletha:
I was sipping from my drink while people watching from my apartment's balcony when my phone rang. No one calls me except for my brother.... And a couple guys I dated once and decided not to see again.

For a second, I almost decided not to pick up, but I was bored so it was better than nothing. Picking up the phone, I murmured, "Yeah?"

A deepish voice greeted me from the other end, "May I speak with Aletha Bureau?"

"You're talking to her." I said sipping a little more from my drink.

"You don't know who I am but I am calling because I think you and a friend of mine might enjoy a blind date. No, I can't tell you who he is. Yeah, I'll send someone to pick you up. Are you in or not?"

I was a bit taken aback. "I... Is this a prank?"

"No. This is real. Very real. Now are you in or not?"

Okay let's see. One option: would be go and maybe in a 1% change have fun... or I could stay at home and people watch ... and wonder why in the world I picked the most boring spot in town to move into. "You know what?... yeah I'm in, but don't you dare get any stupid ideas. Think and I'll make sure you don't again."

"Sure sure. Are you still living in this address?" And he recited the address. I confirmed that indeed was my address and he said to get ready in an hour. I should get dressed in a semi-dressy attire, like a night downtown outfit and he'd pick me up. Or his chauffeur would pick me up.

This has better not be a prank.

Marie:
"Hopefully that's not gonna be long. Didn't you miss Elias?" I asked as I got out.

Leon:
"Not really, but maybe she was intrigued? or maybe she's just playing along? Anyway Denise did give me tonight as a deadline."

Rik:
"Maybe we can try it once and not do it much then."

Klaus :
"I met him on Friday."


Ryan :
"Well... Good job Leon." I said and hugged him.




Cordelia :
"Of course you can do it if you like it. It's just not my cup of tea. I'll stay on the beach and cheer for you."

Cordelia :
"We can go after moving."



Ryan :
"Aren't you gonna tell Denise to get ready?"



Klaus :
"How is the cutest wife of them all doing?" I asked her as I got inside.

Cordelia :
No, I haven't told them get. You can tell Diana if you want to.



Klaus :
"I'm doing fine, as for the cutest Marie, I don't know. I haven't met her yet."




Ryan :
"Mmm ok. I'll let you handle this while I go to Paris."
