[Fashion Show] New Theme "Eat Me"

Hi Dollz,

The past few weeks have been exciting at Feerik, we have been enthusiastically preparing the anniversary of the game (7 years ago) but also the anniersary of Sarah! Being a bit overbooked, we decided to organize a special fashion show as a little surprise for Sarah!

Its no secret, Sarah is very greedy, she loves pastries! Cupcakes, Black Forest, Macaroons, chocolates... Who said that gluttony is a bad thing!!

To participate in this fashion show, you'll need to create an original outfit inspired by delicious pastries.

10 am on Tuesday, you can register your doll for the fashion show: "Eat me." You have until Monday, August 18, 10am to register your doll in this show. Enjoy it to the end!

To participate you must wear a very special dress
- Represent an original outfit inspired by pastries!

MINIMUM 2 elements from the Basics Store

MINIMUM 1 element from the Inspiration Store

Forbidden in this theme are:

- The models used other than as a second skin.
- Ready-made outfits, including the cabinets (see below *)
- Decorations
- The fantasy elements (wings, etc ...)
- Funds to hide the dollz to build over
- Gifts from friends
- The sets, and items around the feet of the dollz
- The staging: the dollz should be able to scroll on a podium

Special Fashion Show = Special Finale

-Exceptionally the gains of this weeks fashion show will be increased.
-Sarah will choose her favourite outfit and this player will get the same reward as the first place!

I absolutely ADORED this theme... seems like the French site did, too! I don't know that I've ever seen so much excitement and activity on their FS Forum.

I'm looking forward to seeing the entries, here and there... I'm sure there will be some amazing ones ^.^

This is a fun one, and I won back on the Disney Villain theme, so I can't enter, but I did notice wings!, decorations, and 2nd doll attached etc... (skin over your doll was allowed-like a body make-up), and some had no food at all!!

I really liked the ones that tried to make the whole doll's dress a cupcake or something. very creative.

aomd_blase I completely agree... it's such a special show with Sarah choosing a winner and all, so it's a shame to see so many dolls off theme! Non-pastry being the most irksome (candy, ice cream, and fruits are explicitly excluded here), plus tons of "ready-made" outfits of an edible nature, and more than a few that aren't even close to food (much less pastries). Add in "being unable to walk" (items at the dolls feet), fantasy elements, second dolls as silverstarshine stated, etc... EGAD!!

So disappointing.

I have stopped disqualifying people as much before the start of the show, due to all the people that just re-join and not make any changes to their outfits. I used to disqualify early so people had plenty of time to make the adjustments.. Its just a big, very annoying waste of my time to have to do something over and over again. So, at the beginning of the show, you will probably see more off theme outfits.

I hadn't given much thought as to outfits not being a pastry, as long as it looked like something you can eat/food related I left it in.. the thought really didnt occur to me.
