Isaac:

She switched from looking between the two of us to just staring at Zy. "Who's...?" She looked confused. "Isaac, you're..." She bit her lip. "Come in, quickly." She said stepping out of the way and opening the door.

Kalon:

"I knew you wouldn't like it..." I said with a sigh.

Isaac:

When I was inside, my mom hugged me. "You're so stupid, getting yourself in all that trouble!" She was upset, but she hugged me tight anyway. And I felt extremely out of place. When she stopped, she gestured toward a couch. "Sit, please.." she said, wiping what looked like tears away from her eyes. "Who's your friend?"

Kalon:

"Make an appliance short circuit. It's an easy enough job."

Isaac:

She laughed. "Nice to meet you. With Isaac, it's hard to tell what your relationship with him is, isn't it?" She reached up and ruffled my hair. "Would you...like something to drink, eat?"

Kalon:

"Okay, just be careful, Who's to say those guys aren't hanging around outside already?"

Isaac:

Her eyes widened. "Will I pass out if I eat it?"
I frowned. "No, It's totally fine, Zy could vouch for it~!"

Kalon:

I followed her down, but then headed toward the kitchen, more flammable stuff in there then anywhere else. On my way, I saw plenty of stuff that would catch, so all that was left to do was rifle through the kitchen and strip a few wires.

Isaac:

"Oh, your such a sweetie." My mom said, smiling at Zy. "Isaac isn't good at anything but mischief. Speaking of which, how are you even here? I thought...when they said you were an Anomaly, that I'd never see you again..."
I grin, "I'd thank Zy for that, I would have gotten myself caught by now, most definitely~."

Kalon:

First thing I found was a coffee maker. Easy enough, the thing would blow pretty nicely if I spread something explosive around. So I found a nearby knife and went to work. "You have anything flammable in here?"

Isaac:

"Yeeeah, But I get the feeling you helped me more then I helped you~." I said, pouting.
My mom clapped her hands together. "Can you tell me? All that happened, I mean?"

Kalon:

I sighed, finishing up on the cable. "Therein lies the problem. If I just turn the stove on, it'll fill the place with gas, and it'll just explode. If I want a fire to start over here and not kill us instantaneously, I'm going to need something liquid."

Isaac:

"Zyyyyy!" I said, wanting to keep it to myself.
My Amma pouted. "Please, Ikey?"
I frowned. "Fine. Sit. Where should I start?"

Kalon:

"Probably. Go get that for me, and then you could help me pour it around here."

(DAAAAAAAANG! You wanna sleep? :3))

Isaac:

"Ah... Well. That was from a little stunt with a bomb and a restaurant. At the time I didn't necessarily know it was baaaad, but a certain match of mine reported me and I was carted off by officials to what they would call a 'correctional facility', but what I would call a interrogation room."

Kalon:

I took it from her. "Okay, I'll spread it around, and then all you'll have to do is plug this in." I said, handing her the rigged coffee maker.

Isaac:

"It kinda is if it kills a guy... and blows most of the building away." I almost giggled, but then I saw the look on my mom's face.

Kalon:

As I poured it around, I made sure to leave a path for us to get out, even if the fire got a little out of hand. "Okay, ready. You realize how dangerous this is, right?"

((Ah, Okay, I've been wondering about that for a while :3))

Isaac:

"Ah...Well, after that, they threw me out of the city without anything to my name where I nearly starved and whatnot, and possibly lost my mind after realizing how much my match had betrayed me. At least, that was how the first week was..."

Kalon:

I flinched, then grabbed her wrist. "I'm always ready."

((Totes fine, I wasn't even home, so couldn't reply anyway xD))

Isaac:

"Second week. I decided to become a different person. Worked pretty good, I became exactly what the Society thought I was. With that I got a lot of what I wanted, did a lot better in the Anomaly crowd made some important friends, did whatever I felt like for like a month. Got beat up for not being careful... Met Zy around the third month."

Kalon:

"Sounds like a plan. But you should cover your mouth and nose, you'll get smoke inhalation."

Isaac:

My mom looked concerned, giving Zy a nervous look. So I laughed. "She's kidding." I'd forgotten how much she didn't understand sarcasm.

Kalon:

"Good girl." I said when she did as I suggested. Then I noticed how she was eying the fire. "It's fine to be scared, you know."

Isaac:

"Oh, yes, you seem like such a nice girl, I can't imagine you being..." Mom started then stopped. And she hugged Zy. "Thank you."
That just confused me.

Kalon:

"Fear keeps you alert. Consequences or not."
