Hmmm but its already 1:32 AM Paris time

in paris it is Christmas day currently... depending on where you live the time it starts will be different. It starts 10 am french time... which is 4 am for me :/ so rude... annnd u have to log on to get it.. its Christmas.. i mean this is nice and all but we are supposed to be spending time with our families!

Would make more since if it was maybe 8 pm to 10 pm every 5 minutes or so..

Also, I really wish the us server would be on a mid-us time! It is so confusing having a huge difference of 6 hrs

I agree, it would be nice if they could have done it say... tonight on Christmas Eve since probably everyone has already received their 3 gifts, possibly done the quest, hunted and got the outfit, etc.

I decided to read about it on the french forum and I must say I am shocked! Some seem to care less about actually spending time with their families (Not true for all! Some, quite a few actually, complained about the date). I really don't like when people are on their computers or phones the whole time.... but well.. i guess that is my family I didn't choose them.

So my point is! Forgot I had one! Don't let this keep you from the things that are really important. BUT if you can get some time this is great! Free goodies!! Merry Christmas to us!

It's not hard to program games to act on their own. Like this event isn't hard to code to appear at different times for each of different servers.

I'm trying to say each server has it's own time clock. This is the US server so it will be different from the French server and the Brazil server would be different from those too etc etc.

But the game is the American version so I find it weird to base the time clock on this server to a European time zone. I know if I lived in Quebec/understood french and decided to play the French version, I'd understand that the time is France time.

I think it's ending in about half an hour right?
