OHHH and angel to answer your questions from last time (sorry I saw but didn't get enough time to reply)  We were set to do the tour then got booted off because we weren't drawing in any money so *shrugs*. I'll be down sometime soon and tbh it's probably good because me and snat broke up again (this time for good) so it would've made the whole thing rather unpleasant. my fam call me a disappointment because I dropped out of uni and I work 2 jobs full time but hey, good things come eventually because guess who's doing a costuming course and startin their own fashion line??? this right mug :^)

And yea I agree with Bee, if your instinct is usually the way to go. if you're questioning it then it shouldn't be right.

English and math is what I'll have next semester, Varky

College is...eh. Even if it's online it still bugs me. Some of it makes me sleepy and tries my patience. I'm surviving though. Work and school is basically my life.

I wouldn't think marriage in college would be too bad, Varky. Kids yeah bc of time management but partners should understand school is more important. Part of why I'm not fighting Caije and the military because it will give me a bit more time for studies.

I mean, he does have his B.S and is currently working on his Masters...although...okay I was looking at his picture and he looks really creepy >.< I just wanna wait two more years I guess. Start college first find a guy second. Not having kids at age 20 though. No. Way. Thanks for the advice ^^ Definitely keeping all that in mind when someone I actually like comes along O3O

RARE!! That's awful but good I think? Bad things lead to good things :3 But your own fashion line though!!! That's exciting!!!

So I said no for the guy to my mom...I was talking to my sis about it and we were iming so no one (my mom) would hear us talk.

she sounded like she was trying to convince me to say yes
okay so what happened was she calls me and says "I still do need an answer, I can't leave them-
and I cut her off, sayig no

mama continues what she was saying (as if I never said anything) so I said it again after she finished
She started saying she wanted a reason, but I cut her off again and said I've been thinking about it, and it's been a while but it's because of a feeling I have
she continues (again as if I didn't say anything) and says okay, I'll give you some time to think about it.
I cut her off again and say I have thought about it and the answer is still no. because of this bad feeling I have
she asks what is the feeling and I say I dunno
she says, I'll give you some time to think about it, and again I say I already have, the answer is still no and I say it's not because of his age (which is 25 or 26 btw) or my age
but because of the person
I just don't feel that it's a right match
again she say's that she'll give me more time to think about it
I cut her off again and say, it's my final decision, I just have a feeling that it's not right and I've tried convincing myself otherwise but I still have this bad feeling.
then she says make istikharaa (which is praying to ask for help in a decision) and I said (well implied) I'm not confused, I don't think it's a right match
and she didn't say anything else and that's it
When we were over there at Mami Jan's, I heard her talking to nanu and she was saying that baba wants the marriage to happen without my input...

I am freaking out...I've no clue what's going on, no one tells me anything, all the adults gossip about me, plus, eery conversation we're having somehow ends up with a lecture on marriage I can't deal with this!!! And it's not even just for being here. When we go back to VA in September, my dad's gonna be the worst about the whole thing.

The only reason that won't work is because that's what the lectures are about...That one should get married young no matter what, even if they're going to be studying...

Otherwise, that was my first excuse...

123 Marrying young, unless due to love, always brings misery. I've seen it work only once when the two people actually fell in love later. Otherwise, it's just always so ... meh adn bleh.

Which is very backwards by the way bc education over marriage is more important
