Changing Favorite Rooms
Is there any way to change which rooms are in your favorites list? How do you remove a room from your favorite list, if you can?

You just replace it with another room.

To add, change or delete a room from your Favourites list, move your doll to a room of your choice and then press the icon of that room on the far left:
Now you can add that room to any place on your list by clicking on that place. Or you can delete a room from the list by pressing the X symbol:
