Oh, I hate neck cramps, like they seem to last the whole day sometimes -.- and then it just messes up the whole day >.<

Random side note, I now know the entire Korean Alphabet, and I'm so happy >3< Now, to learn the special rules for some of the letters... :non:

That's great! All you have to remember is that korean letters are by syllables, eg all korean names including mine has three syllables therefore only three characters (I'm not really good at explaining soz)

Ah, yeah, I got a book and it taught me a little about the syllables along the way, and your explanation is totally fine, I didn't know that about the names though O.O Is that like a maximum or a minimum or?

Its not like theres a maximum or a minumum really, its just most korean last names are one syllable (eg park kang lee) and most of the first name and second name are one syllables too (jungkook, chanyeol, kyungsoo, sehun, mine is haeri)

Yeah, I can read it, I don't understand some of the words, but I can read and write it, albeit a little slowly, which I guess means I could romanize it xD

well, i can't help you because i only know japanese, but if they happen to use the same kanji then i may be able to help a bit with that. maybe.
in japanese each kanji has (at last) 2 types of reading. if in korean there's only one, then it'll make things so much easier

My name is pronounced he-ri. It's just written as haeri in english because there's a differnt spelling for the name he-ri! > v <

Well, as far as I know, most of the characters are pretty straight forward, though I've come across a few that can be said two different ways.

I wanna learn Kanji too! But it's like so hard, which is why I kinda stopped after learning Hiragana and Katakana ^^"

the worst part about kanji is that there are some of them that look alike WAY too much.
(according to nihongodict . com)
王 (ou) is the kanji for king.
玉 (tama) is the kaji for ball, pearl, soul, egg, etc.
主 (omo) is the kanji for chief.
aaaaaand:
火 (hi) means fire
山 (yama) means mountain
but when you place the 2 of them together to make the word volcano (火山) the reading changes to "kazan"

Ou, that looks pretty much the same to me, but they make different sounds! :hypn:

There are a few that trip me up only when I'm saying them, since a few characters look slightly different and are said slightly different, but I don't think I'm misunderstanding anything...yet xD

I did learn how to spell my name though! ----> 미갛 ^^"

OH! I forgot to clarify that that little bit of Korean said Mikah ^^ Though my name is Actually Micah, there is no 'C' in Korean and it's said like Mee-Kah, anyway ^^
