I saw my doctor today. She told me I was good to go for 4 months when she wants to see me again. Blood pressure 112/78, A1C 5.8 and weight is down ... I'm happy~! Cook iesez

We had lunch at the Wildcat Cafe in a small town east of where we live. We had the house special. Fried fish with french fries and cole slaw. We shared a piece of chocolate cake~! Cook iesez
